How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP online via the "RSVP" page
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by April 15th, 2026.
What is the address of the Reception, Ceremony and other wedding activities?
They're all in 1 place - 4975 Langtry Road. Please see the "Day Of" page for more details on where to park and enter the property
Is the Venue accessible for mobile assisted people?
This is a backyard, so no super flat or streamlined surfaces, items like wheelchairs or rolling walkers may be challenging, but we're going to be staying in 1 primary area of the yard. If you have concerns about accessibility please reach out to us via email at kaileyne.david@gmail.com as we will do our best to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible
What is the best way to get to and from the wedding venue?
Driving yourself if you do not plan to drink, or taxis. Please note that Duncan does not have Uber or other pickup services like that. It's old school! We will also be inquiring about a designated driver service, and will post contact info here and in the "Day Of" page when available.
Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
Yes! It will be a combination of a field and the road, but there is lots of free parking! We will have a diagram of where to park on the "Day Of" page, as well as signs.
Will the wedding be outside?
Yes, we will have tents for shade, but the wedding will be completely outdoors, so please dress appropriately! Whether it's an extra sweater or jacket thrown in the back of your car, some sandals for later into the night, make sure you have what you need to be comfortable to celebrate into the night!
Is there a Dress Code?
Our Dress code is Semi-formal, but really what that means is we want you to look amazing and feel your best! Please review "The Vibe" page, where you can see a full breakdown of the dress code, and browse some visual inspiration as well!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! To keep things simple and meaningful, we’re only inviting guests listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you there!
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! We'll have some activities to try and lessen the bore of an adult event for them! But if you want a kid-free celebration, feel free to come without!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll have a cocktail and snack hour, followed by a sit-down dinner, dessert and then a late night snack! We are just finalizing the details of our catering, and appreciate your trust and patience as we figure this out.
For any dietary restrictions, please capture them in your RSVP, as prompted, and we will do our best to accommodate! We want everyone to be comfortable and well fed!
Will there be a bar?
Oh absolutely! We'll have beverages available before the ceremony, a Bar open for cocktail hour, and then a bar right near the dance floor to bring us into the night. It will be a mixture of wine, beer, cider and hard bar, along with some non-alcoholic options, such as sparkling water, juice, and pop.
We ask you to bring your loonies and toonies to tip the bartenders, and help kickstart our honeymoon fund!
Do you have a registry?
We want to emphasize that the time you've taken and the cost of travel is truly the only present we need - seriously!
But if you insist, we’ve put together a small registry and a house fund to help us start this next chapter. You can check it out on the " Our Registry" page.
What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?
2:30 pm! The Ceremony is set to start at 3pm, and if you know anything about us, it's that David is perpetually early.
Weddings can start a bit delayed, but please do your best to be in a seat ahead of the 3pm ceremony start time.
What time will the reception end?
We'll see how far we can push our bedtimes! Because the ceremony is on private property, on a semi-secluded road, we'll let our neighbors now we might go into the early hours, but we ask everyone to be respectful of noise limits when we start to quiet down!
Can I take and post photos online?
We ask that the ceremony be "unplugged" aka no devices, aside from our videographer and photographer. We've brought in professionals for a reason!
As for the cocktail hours, snap pics & videos to your heart's content! We do ask that you wait until we post a photo online/publicly for you to do so yourself, keeping inline with our photography contract and desire to share the official post about being a Mr. and Mrs. ourselves.
